TERMS OF SERVICES

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between Ecom With Shayan (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and the client (“Client” or “you”). By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
 
1. Services Provided
 
  • We offer a range of e-commerce services, including Shopify store setup, graphic design, on-page SEO optimization, digital marketing, and website design.
 
2. Payment Terms
 
  • A 50% deposit is required before work begins, and the remaining 50% is due upon project completion before final delivery.
 
  • Payments can be made via Payoneer, PayPal, Fiverr, or Upwork.
 
 
3. Revisions and Deliverables
 
  • We offer a revision period (typically 7 days) for each project. Additional changes outside the scope of the original agreement may incur extra charges.
 
  • Final deliverables will be provided only after full payment is received.
 
 
4. Client Responsibilities
 
  • Clients must provide all necessary content and information required for the project. Delays in client communication may affect the project timeline.
 
5. Confidentiality
 
  • We will keep all client information confidential and will not share it without consent, except as required by law.
 
6. Ownership and Copyright
 
  • Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables. Ecom With Shayan reserves the right to showcase the work in our portfolio.
 
7. Termination
 
  • Client Termination: The client may terminate the project but must pay for any work completed up to that point.
 
  • Ecom With Shayan Termination: We reserve the right to terminate if the client fails to meet their obligations, and any payments made are non-refundable.
 
 
8. Limitation of Liability
 
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are also not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control (force majeure).
 
 
9. Amendments
 
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with updates communicated to the client.
 
10. Acceptance of Terms
 
  • By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
